Made-to-Order Items All Haynes guitars, basses, necks, bodies, and hand-wound pickups are built to order and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please ensure you review all specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind As all products are custom-built to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.

Digital Products & Build Plans Digital downloads and CNC build plans are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
