We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Domestic Shipping (UK) We ship throughout the United Kingdom via tracked courier services. UK orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked international courier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and will vary by destination.
Import Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are levied by the destination country's customs authority. We are unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.
Dispatch Notification You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Packaging All instruments and components are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Guitars and basses are shipped in hard cases or purpose-built transit packaging where appropriate.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timescales are in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues, but we will do our best to assist in tracking down your order.
