Terms of service
1. Our Products All guitars, basses, bodies, necks, and hand-wound pickups are handcrafted and made to order in the UK. Product images are for illustrative purposes — natural variations in tone woods mean each item may differ slightly in grain and colour.
2. Orders & Payment By completing a purchase you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Made-to-Order & Lead Times As all products are built to order, lead times will vary. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order. We will notify you of any significant delays. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
