Your Offset Jazzmaster. Your Rules.
Customise your Offset Jazzmaster body to your needs with the drop-down builder. The photos are a small sample of my work. I've made many custom bodies for satisfied customers from all over the world. If it's not on the drop-down, mail me a message, and if it's possible, I'll add it to the menu for you so you can place your order. Thanks Neil.
This body is made by one person — luthier Neil Haynes. Not a factory. Not a production line. Every single body is shaped, routed, and sanded by Neil's hands in his UK workshop. When you order, you're getting the full attention of a craftsman who cares deeply about the instrument you're building.
Configure Your Build
Every body is made to order. When you place your order, you choose:
- Tone Wood – Ash, Mahogany, or Korina Tulipwood
- Pickup Routing – Many configurations to suit your needs
- Bridge Style – Jazzmaster floating tremolo, hardtail, or custom routing
- Control Cavity – Standard Jazzmaster layout or custom routing including backloading
- Neck Pocket – Standard Fender-spec
Finish: Sanded to 320 Grit — Ready for You
This body is supplied unfinished, sanded to a smooth 320 grit. There is no sealer, grain filler, or topcoat applied — the wood is clean, open, and ready for you to finish exactly how you want. Whether you're spraying nitro, applying an oil finish, or going for a natural wax, the surface is prepped and ready to take whatever you throw at it.
Built to a Standard, Not a Schedule
Every cavity is routed to tight tolerances, then hand-finished by Neil. Pickup routes, neck pockets, and control cavities are cut to exact vintage Fender specifications — so your hardware drops straight in without modification.
- Made by one luthier — Neil Haynes — start to finish
- Neck pocket tolerance: ±0.1mm for a tight, resonant fit
- Pre-drilled ground wire holes
- Sanded to 320 grit — no finish applied, ready for your chosen treatment
Select your options using the variant selectors above, then add to cart. Need something not listed? You can drop Neil a message before ordering if required.
Lead time: approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Each body is built individually — no batch production, no compromises.
