The Telecaster Golden Root Blackguard Pickup Set is the result of years of research, winding, and listening. Hand-wound by Neil Haynes in the UK since 2010, these pickups are built for players who know the difference between a pickup that's made and one that's crafted.

Wound with 43 AWG single enamel wire on flat Alnico 5 magnets, each set delivers that unmistakable early-Tele character — glassy highs, punchy mids, and a bridge that bites without harshness. The neck pickup sits at a warm, balanced 6.8 kΩ, while the bridge pushes a hotter 10.6 kΩ for that classic Blackguard snap and twang.

Every set is wax potted to eliminate microphonic squeal and wound by hand. No machines, no shortcuts.
